The 2009 Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships
were held from January 28-31 at the William G. Mennen Sports Arena in
Morristown, New Jersey. Seven novice teams competed and the top six qualify for the 2009 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships, which will be held in Portland, Maine, in early March. Team Image, from the Yonkers FSC in Yonkers, New York, placed seventh with a total score of 43.85 points.
